PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a humidity control system capable of attaining good handling performance even when using liquid moisture absorbing material including ionic liquid and capable of avoiding the complicated configuration and the like, and an air conditioner including the humidity control system.;SOLUTION: A humidity control system includes: a moisture absorbing section for absorbing moisture included in the air by using a liquid moisture absorbing material; a moisture releasing section for releasing the moisture absorbed by the liquid moisture absorbing material into the air; and a humidification section for dissipating the released moisture in the air for humidification. The liquid moisture absorbing material includes: ionic liquid that is in a liquid state at least in a range of 0°C to 5°C; and an inflammability attenuation agent for causing a flash point of a product obtained by compatibilization with the ionic liquid to become higher than a flash point of the ionic liquid or eliminating the flash point of the product.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11;COPYRIGHT: (C)2020,JPO&INPIT
