To accurately determine purchase behavior of a customer by determining whether the customer has taken a commodity, has returned the commodity to its original position, or has only touched the commodity.SOLUTION: A behavior analysis device 1 for analyzing customers' behavior in a store comprises an attitude estimation unit 11, a commodity variation information extraction unit 12, and a purchase behavior determination unit 13. The attitude estimation unit 11 estimates an attitude of a customer in the store on the basis of a captured image of the inside of the store to acquire attitude information. The commodity variation information extraction unit 12 analyzes a display state of commodities in the store to extract commodity variation information indicative of variation in the display state from the image. The purchase behavior determination unit 13 determines purchase behavior of the customer on the basis of the attitude information and the commodity variation information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
