To mold a metal laminate molding by optical molding.SOLUTION: A three-dimensional molding apparatus includes a molding stage as a place for molding a metal laminate molding, a movable part for moving the molding stage, a supply part for supplying metal powder laminarly to the surface of the molding stage, and a light irradiation part for irradiating laser light to powder on a prescribed position in powder supplied laminarly on the surface of the molding stage.
