To provide a presence determination device of fine bubbles capable of surely defoaming fine bubbles and surely determining kinds of the fine bubbles included in a liquid.SOLUTION: A presence determination device 1 of fine bubbles W1 of the invention is a device for determining presence of fine bubbles W1 in a liquid W3 which contains at least one of fine bubbles W1 and solid fine particles as fine particles W. The presence determination device 1 comprises a porous body 21 and bubble presence determination means 41. The porous body 21 causes the liquid W3 to pass from an upstream side surface 22 to a downstream side surface 23, for defoaming the fine bubbles W1 included in the liquid W3. The bubble presence determination means 41 determines that the fine particles W included in the liquid W3 before passing the porous body 21 are the fine bubbles W1 when the fine particles W are included in the liquid W3 before passing the porous body 21 and on the other hand, the fine particles W are not included in the liquid W3 after passing the porous body 21.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
