To provide a phase shift digital holography device that is capable of high-speed processing utilizing a single camera, economical, and capable of detecting a phase shift amount with a simple operation.SOLUTION: A phase shift digital holography device includes: a first beam splitter (BS1) for leading light from a light source to a measuring object and a phase shift part (micromotion mirror), and for leading object light from the measuring object and reference light from the phase shift part to a camera; a second beam splitter (BS2) disposed between the light source and the BS1, in order to lead the light from the light source to a calibration light generating part (beam width adjusting device) and the BS1; and a third beam splitter (BS3) disposed between the BS1 and the camera, in order to lead the object light from the BS1, the reference light, and calibrated light from the calibration light generating part to the camera.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
