To provide a biomonitoring device capable of efficiently detecting an arrhythmia even in the case of inspection over a long time.SOLUTION: A biomonitoring device 1 includes a change point extraction unit 111 and a measurement unit 14. The change point extraction unit 111 extracts a plurality of change points where the tendency of the pulse rate of a monitor target U is changed, from first time series data.
