To provide a photo book order system, etc. capable of rejecting an order of a photo book inappropriate to produce and carrying out smoothly and quickly from order to product dispatch, in a photo book order system assuming a settlement at stores such as convenience stores.SOLUTION: When an order of a photo book is placed from an orderer terminal 7, a photo book order server 2 generates information necessary for a payment at a settlement store and transmits to the orderer terminal 7. When the payment is settled at the settlement store, a content of the ordered photo book is examined and production permissiveness is determined. The photo book order server 2 requests a production of a photo book determined as permissible by the examination. A cancellation is made on an order of a photo book determined as not permissible by the examination and notified to the orderer terminal 7, and then the payment is refunded by digital money or by issuance of points or a coupon equivalent to the amount of money having been paid.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
