Generation of solution data for autonomous vehicles to deal with problem situations

A method, apparatus, system, and non-transitory computer-readable storage medium for an autonomous vehicle to generate solution data for addressing a problem situation are described. The techniques of this disclosure use sensor data received from a vehicle and from multiple external objects near the vehicle to generate state data associated with the vehicle. The state data includes any of information related to the location of the vehicle, the destination of the vehicle, the operating state of the vehicle, and the vehicle environment. In response to determining that the state data meets the state criteria, a determination of resolution profile data that matches the state data is made based on the comparison of the resolution profile data and the state data. Solution data is generated using the matching solution profile data and sent to the vehicle for execution.
