To provide a coinjection device and a coinjection method capable of photographing an image suitable for assessing propriety of coinjection processing of the coinjection device.SOLUTION: A coinjection device sucks medicine from a medicine container 10 on the basis of preparation data using a syringe 11 and injects the medicine from the syringe into an infusion container. By controlling first drive means capable of moving either one or both of the medicine container and the syringe to any position and second drive means capable of operating the syringe, medicine is sucked from the medicine container using the syringe and then moving the medicine container from which the medicine has been sucked and the syringe in a state in which the medicine is sucked within a photographing range by controlling the first drive means to simultaneously photograph the medicine container and the syringe moved within the photographing range.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 25
