PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic particle flaw detection device capable of re-utilizing an inspection liquid by a simple structure, high in detection accuracy of a flaw part, and maintaining the detection accuracy of the flaw part to a predetermined level or more, and a magnetic particle flaw detection method.SOLUTION: A magnetic flaw detection device 1 includes: an inspection liquid tank 11 for storing an inspection liquid containing magnetic particles; a magnetization part 12 for magnetizing an inspection object 10; a dispersion part 13 for dispersing the inspection liquid into the inspection object 10; a cleaning part 14 for dispersing the inspection liquid to the inspection object 10; and an inspection liquid recovery part 15 for recovering the inspection liquid dispersed by the dispersion part 13 and the cleaning part 14 so as to be returned to an inspection liquid tank 11. The inspection liquid tank 11 includes a tank main body 22; and a gap between the tank main body 22 and a bottom wall 25, and further includes a partition wall 23 for partitioning an inner part of the tank main body 22 into a stirring bath 20 for storing the inspection liquid in an agitated state and a settling tank 21 for storing the inspection liquid in a stationary state. The dispersion part 13 is connected to the stirring bath 20, and the cleaning part 14 is connected to the upper part of the settling bath 21.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
