PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an incineration ash treatment apparatus capable of suppressing elution of heavy metals such as lead to below a reference value without adversely affecting the working environment and handling. SOLUTION: A water injection nozzle 13 as a hydration means for adding water to the incineration ash so that the elution amount of heavy metals contained in the incineration ash becomes a first water content ratio below a reference value, and scattering of the incineration ash is prevented. 10A of incineration ash processing equipment provided with the blowing pipe 14 as a drying means which dries the incineration ash made into the wet state by the water injection nozzle 13 so that it may become the 2nd moisture content decided for the purpose.
