To provide a division command system and a division command method, capable of achieving accurate and quick determination when carrying out duties by dividing duties.SOLUTION: The division command system includes: an imaging apparatus for capturing an image of surroundings of a specific target; a display device for displaying the image captured by the imaging apparatus on a circular display screen; one or more consoles for an assistant of a conductor arranged so that a display surface faces a center of the circular display screen; and one or a plurality of operator consoles arranged so that the display surface faces the center of the circular display screen, which are computer consoles for editing information displayed on the consoles for the assistant of the conductor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
