To provide a diagnosis support device capable of assigning an appropriate radiographer to a medical image obtained by photographing an animal and also to provide a diagnosis support system, a display control device, a diagnosis support method and a diagnosis support program.SOLUTION: A diagnosis support device includes: an acquisition part for acquiring a medical image obtained by photographing animal to be interpreted; and an allocation part for assigning a radiographer to the medical image according to information on animal species including at least one of the species and breed of the animal to be interpreted. The diagnosis support device further includes an estimation part for estimating at least one of the species and breed using at least one of the medical image and an optical image obtained by optically photographing the animal to be interpreted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
