PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To discover a material having a fatigue feeling alleviation action and provide a fatigue feeling alleviation agent containing the same as an active ingredient, and a food and drink composition for fatigue feeling alleviation containing the fatigue feeling alleviation agent.;SOLUTION: A fatigue feeling alleviation agent has vinegar-derived acetic acid as an active ingredient, the fatigue feeling including a physical fatigue feeling before sleeping.
