Highway system for connected self-driving car and method using the same

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system-oriented and fully controlled highway system for a connected autonomous vehicle applicable to various levels of connected autonomous vehicles and highways. A system includes (1) a hierarchical traffic control network of traffic control centers (TCC's) and local traffic control units (TCUs), and (2) an RSU (roadside unit) network. (With I2V to deliver integrated functions and control instructions of vehicle sensor), (3) OBU (onboard unit of sensor and V2I communication unit) network embedded in connected autonomous vehicle, and (4) At least one of a wireless communication and security system having local and global connections.
