PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional intrusion detection system and a three-dimensional intrusion detection method, capable of reducing a load of a three-dimensional information processing, reducing the cost of the device while increasing a speed of a screen display processing, and efficiently performing a monitoring operation by a monitoring person.SOLUTION: A three-dimensional intrusion detection system photographs a monitoring area by at least two cameras separately arranged, acquires a plurality of camera images, and sets a target region on the camera image in accordance with an input operation of a user. By acquiring a partial camera image by cutting out the target region from the plurality of camera images and performing a three-dimensional measurement that measures a three-dimensional position of a material by using the partial camera image, tree-dimensional information of the target region is output and the material which entered into the target region is detected on the basis of a change situation of the three-dimensional information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
