PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a granulated body having no remaining of an organic solvent while maintaining performance of an inorganic compound having ion exchange performance, having no collapse even when used in water for long time and high in water resistance.;SOLUTION: There is provided an adsorbent granulated body containing 50 to 99 pts.wt. of an inorganic compound particle having ion exchange performance, and 1 to 50 pts.wt. of an organic compound particle having volume average particle diameter of 1 to 100 μm and being insoluble in water as a granulation assistant, a manufacturing method of the adsorbent granulated body, and a purification method of a solution containing radioactive strontium using the adsorbent granulated body.;SELECTED DRAWING: None;COPYRIGHT: (C)2020,JPO&INPIT
