PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roadbed structure in which a walkway boundary block is placed on a gutter underdrain block for gutters, and which is excellent in protection against weed overgrowth and strength, centered on the underdrain block. SOLUTION: The lowermost roadbed material 10 and a gutter underdrain block 20 in which a roadway side fitting wall portion 23 and a sidewalk side fitting wall portion 24 are erected on both sides of the head with a fitting groove portion sandwiched therebetween. And the pedestrian road boundary block 40 placed in the fitting groove portion and the asphalt layers 30a and 30b laid on the roadway side and the sidewalk side. A V-shaped return groove is formed between the vertical wall extending from the end surface and the sloped wall, and the end portion is densely filled in the return groove sandwiched between the vertical wall and the sloped wall of the underdrain block. An asphalt layer having a thickness of 50 to 60 mm is formed so that the upper end is the top end surface and the lower end is the same as the tip of the sloping wall, and the asphalt layer is arranged on both sides of the roadway and the sidewalk to form a road surface.
