To provide a composite valve in which the number of components can be reduced by combining a plurality of solenoid valves conventionally used in a vehicular air conditioning device.SOLUTION: A composite valve 81 comprises: a housing 82 comprising a first refrigerant inlet 88, a first refrigerant outlet 89, a second refrigerant inlet 92, and a second refrigerant outlet 93; a first refrigerant passage 91 arranged between the first refrigerant inlet and the first refrigerant outlet; a second refrigerant passage 94 arranged between the second refrigerant inlet and the second refrigerant outlet; a first opening/closing valve part 21 for opening/closing the first refrigerant passage; a second opening/closing valve part 22 for opening/closing the second refrigerant passage; a driving device 83 for driving the first opening/closing valve part and the second opening/closing valve part; and a check valve 18 provided in a communication passage 96 for allowing communication between the first refrigerant passage closer to the first refrigerant inlet than the first opening/closing valve part and the second refrigerant passage closer to the second refrigerant outlet than the second opening/closing valve part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
