To accurately learn a scale factor of a vehicle speed sensor.SOLUTION: The SF learning part 10 learns a scale factor serving as a coefficient used to calculate a true value of vehicle speed from a detected speed, which is a detected value of a vehicle speed sensor 5 for detecting vehicle speed, and comprises a detected value obtaining part 16, a relative speed detection part 17, and a calculation part 18. The detected value obtaining part 16 obtains the detected speed, which is the detected value of the vehicle speed sensor 5. The relative speed detection part 17 detects relative speed of a vehicle relative to a stationary object based on a detection result by a millimeter wave sensor 6, which corresponds to an object detection part for detecting an object present around the vehicle. The calculation part 18 calculates a scale factor based on the relative speed and the detected speed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
