To provide a device and method for measuring inductance, capable of precisely measuring an inductance value even when a DC current increases.SOLUTION: The device for measuring inductance comprises: a reference inductance unit having first and second ends and a reference inductance value; a DC power supply having one end electrically connected with a first end of the reference inductance unit and the other end electrically connected with a first test node; a first capacitor having one end electrically connected with the first end of the reference inductance unit and the other end electrically connected with the first test node; a second capacitor having one end electrically connected with a second test node; and an inductance meter having a first end electrically connected with the first test node and a second end electrically connected with the other end of the second capacitor and measures a measurement waiting inductor electrically connected between the first test node and the second test node.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
