Computer-enhanced systems and methods that enable secure storage of large blockchains across multiple storage nodes

Protocols that allow storage nodes to be rewarded for maintaining a public blockchain and (ii) demonstrate blockchain integrity using the Proof of Blockchain Storage (PoBS) scheme. Be explained. This protocol provides a method of cryptographically checking data files stored on remote servers for corruption using a challenge response method. This protocol is secure against man-in-the-middle attacks. Malicious peers cannot pass the challenge to a third party who remembers the data and return a response. The scheme is also publicly provable.
