To provide a power consumption volume usage decomposition system capable of acquiring power consumption volume for each usage further matching characteristics of respective object households.SOLUTION: A power consumption volume usage decomposition system D1 derives at least an air conditioning power consumption from a total power consumption in an object period at an object household, and includes: storage means 6 which stores an intermediate term unit basic consumption power obtained by subtracting a unit other usage consumption power in a unit period from a unit total consumption power for each unit period in an object period, and an intermediate term unit basic power consumption obtained by subtracting a unit other usage power consumption in an intermediate term from an intermediate term unit total power consumption for each unit term in an intermediate term where the air conditioning devices are generally not used or the power consumption is suppressed compared to other seasons; and control means 8 which derives an air conditioning power consumption in each unit term by subtracting the intermediate term unit basic consumption power from the unit basic power consumption, and deriving air conditioning power consumption in each unit term, and accumulating the air conditioning power consumption in each unit term.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
