To provide a test plan formulation support device having a method for visually displaying a characteristic of a test condition using a diagram by appropriately classifying a test condition of a clinical test with a prescribed disease or an action mechanism as an object to extract a characteristic of the test condition included in the classification, a test plan formulation support method and a test plan formulation support program.SOLUTION: A test plan formulation support device 100 has a processor and a storage unit. The storage unit holds data of a plurality of documents related to clinical tests which have already been executed, and the processor retrieves a plurality of sentences related to input information from the data of the plurality of documents, classifies the plurality of retrieved sentences into a plurality of clusters on the basis of similarity, and outputs information on the sentences classified into the clusters, when the information on the clinical tests is input.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
