PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health care information management system capable of allowing access to health care information by an analyte and an appropriate access to those other than the analyte.SOLUTION: A health care information management system includes: storage means for storing health care information containing genome information of an analyte in such a way that addition and update are possible; identification means for identifying the analyte based on prescribed identification information; and allowance means for allowing access to the health care information of the analyte stored in the storage means when the identification means identifies the analyte. The allowance means allows access to the health care information of the analyte when those other than an analyte require access and if those that have a relation with the analyte and satisfy prescribed conditions are an access requester.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
