The present invention relates to a dispenser device for preparing and dispensing MBFB by mixing a malt-based fermented beverage (MBFB) concentrate with a carbonate diluent, the dispenser device comprising an MBFB concentrate and a carbonate diluent. It includes a mixing chamber (2) for mixing. The mixing chamber is formed by walls and is divided into an upper part and a lower part by a central plane M1 perpendicular to the longitudinal axis X. The mixing chamber is located at the top, the concentrate opening (1d) with a fixing device for fixing the container containing the MBFB concentrate, and the diluent connection at the top to the carbonate diluent source A diluent opening (4d) provided with an outlet (2d) parallel to the longitudinal axis X and for discharging MBFB consisting of a mixture of MBFB concentrate and carbonic acid diluent arranged at the bottom, by the core surface A core (2c) formed and mounted in the chamber, the core surface comprising a core (2c) that forms a flow path (2p) with a width w perpendicular to the core surface with the wall of the chamber. The core is characterized in that it can be moved along the longitudinal axis X and movably mounted in the chamber in order to control the width w of the channel portion.
