To provide a transaction support system that makes use of economy of scale of a buyer side of goods/service.SOLUTION: A system includes a plurality of buyer side member terminals, a plurality of seller side company servers, and a relay business entity server for relaying between both. The relay business entity server transmits the collection terms of group participation including a category of commodity/service for forming a group of the plurality of buyer side member terminals and establishment conditions of the group to the plurality of buyer side member terminals. The group of the buyer side member terminal is formed based on application input operation from the buyer side member terminal agreeing with the collection terms. Based on totaling results of the application input operation, an estimation request is made to the plurality of seller side enterprise servers. When receiving estimation information according to the estimation request including a commodity/service option and sales conditions in a category from the seller side enterprise server, the received estimation information is transmitted to the buyer side member terminal, and transactions between a group of the buyer side member terminals agreeing with the estimation information and a seller side company server are supported.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
