To provide an electric power demand prediction system which is useful for predicting electric power demand for a user for whom an electric power use result is unknown.SOLUTION: A prediction server 100 in an electric power demand prediction system comprises: a learning database 124 for accumulating existing user data in which, attribute data of a user and identification data of an electric power demand pattern to which the electric power use result of the user belongs, are associated each other; and a model construction part 125 for constructing, on the basis of the learning database 124, the electric power demand prediction model which outputs pattern prediction data for indicating at any pattern out of a plurality of electric power demand patterns, the user uses the electric power, according to an input of the attribute data of the user. A prediction terminal 200 comprises: a prediction data acquisition part 224 for acquiring pattern prediction data of a user by inputting attribute data of a new user to the electric power demand prediction model; and a prediction result output part 225 for outputting a prediction result of at which pattern, the new user uses the electric power out of the plurality of electric power demand patterns on the basis of the pattern prediction data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
