To improve the adhesiveness of a silicone rubber by surface modification thereof.SOLUTION: A production method for a silicone rubber with adhesion layer includes (a) a process of irradiating the area to be adhered (sticking surface) of a silicone rubber 1 with an electron beam, and (b) a process of sticking a double-sided tape 10 on the area to be adhered of the silicone rubber 1. The process (b) is a step of sticking a first adhesion layer (acryl adhesion layer) 10a formed on a first surface of the double-sided tape to the area to be adhered. As mentioned above, the surface of the silicone rubber 1 is modified by irradiation with the electron beam, and the adhesiveness of the double-sided tape 10 with the silicone rubber 1 can be improved. For details, the silicone rubber 1 and the first adhesion layer 10a draw each other by the change of polarity of both surfaces to adhere strongly to each other. Further, the surface of the silicone rubber 1 after electron beam irradiation maintains water repellency, and adhesiveness is improved in spite of water repellency maintenance.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
