PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress action of an excessive tensile force on a hydraulic hose when performing a maintenance work for a power device, and at the same time, to improve an efficiency of the maintenance work.SOLUTION: A vertical type receiving platform lifting device in which a power device 70 is accommodated in a cross member 50 which connects posts 10L, 10R. In this lifting device, the power device 70 has a tank 71 for accumulation of a hydraulic oil, a hydraulic pump 72, a motor 73 for driving the hydraulic pump 72, and a valve unit 74 which controls flow of the hydraulic oil, and is so configured as to be rotated around a rotation axis 82 and to be capable of being drawn rearward from the cross member 50. A rotation range of the power device 70 in a drawal direction is so limited by a stopper 83 that an over-half part of the power device 70 is stopped in the interior of the cross member 50 in the state that the power device 70 is drawn to a maximum, and at least one of an oil supply port 86 of the tank 71 and a solenoid 87 of the valve unit 74 is drawn to a rear side of the cross member 50.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
