PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a credibility computation method for providing credibility computed on the basis of user's behavior as a buyer and a seller on a person-to-person commercial transaction site to operators providing services other than an e-commerce platform service.;SOLUTION: A credibility computation method disclosed herein involves having an information processing device perform the steps of: acquiring first information on a user when the user is a seller on an e-commerce platform; acquiring second information on a user when the user is a buyer on the e-commerce platform; computing credibility of the user on the basis of the first and second information; and providing information representing the credibility to an operator(s) providing services other than the e-commerce platform.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 44;COPYRIGHT: (C)2020,JPO&INPIT
