PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving force transmission device capable of properly performing lubrication of a clutch when necessary, while reducing drag torque by storing a lubrication oil in a storage chamber, and to provide a driving force transmission control device including the driving force transmission device.SOLUTION: A driving force transmission device includes: a main clutch 5 in which frictional sliding between a main outer clutch plate 51 rotating with a clutch housing 3 and a main inner clutch plate 52 rotating with an inner shaft 4 is lubricated by a lubrication oil; first and second pressing mechanisms 6, 7 for imparting a pressing force in an axial direction to the main clutch 5; a case 8 having a clutch storage chamber 8a for storing the main clutch 5, and a storage chamber 8b capable of storing the lubrication oil discharged from the clutch storage chamber 8a; and a control valve 9 capable of controlling a flow rate of the lubrication oil between the clutch storage chamber 8a and the storage chamber 8b. The control valve 9 includes a valve body 91 capable of changing the flow rate of the lubrication oil by deforming according to a temperature change.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
