To provide a calorie balance estimating apparatus which can improve accuracy in calorie estimation without setting a survey period in which correlation between concentration of gas composition and calorie balance is surveyed with respect to each user.SOLUTION: A calorie balance estimating apparatus includes an acquiring unit for acquiring measured data indicating at least either of concentration and emission amount of each of gas compositions of plural kinds in bio gas, and an estimating unit for estimating calorie balance by using a calorie balance estimation model previously generated based on at least one of the measured results of the concentration and the emission amount of the gas compositions of plural kinds and the measured data acquired by the acquiring unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
