PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drill for drilling a clip hole, which dispenses with work for removing drilling leavings, and a drilling unit using the same.SOLUTION: A drill 22 has one cutting edge formed as a peripheral edge of a tip. A drilling unit comprises a groove-shaped set part 10, an electric drill 20 that is fitted with the drill 22, a holding pin 30, and a cutting blade 40. When a hole is drilled, both ends of a weather strip 100 are cut with the cutting blade 40 while the weather strip 100 is held in the state of being pressed to be crushed by the holding pin 30.
