The landing management device sets a partition in which a part of the landing area is virtually divided as the landing area based on the information of the unmanned aircraft landing in the predetermined landing area, and sets the unmanned aircraft in the partial area corresponding to the partition. The landing control information for landing is transmitted to the control device. The control device controls the landing of the unmanned aerial vehicle based on the landing control information received from the landing management device.
