PURPOSE: To provide a storage bag for milled rice and others having micro holes within the tube body side width and the printed displays on the bag surfaces is manufactured by perforating in the tube body during the bag making process from the flat synthetic resin tube body, and by printing on portions that become the front and back surfaces and both side surfaces of the bag body.SOLUTION: A storage bag for milled rice and others of this invention is characterized in that the bag has micro holes in the side width of the tube body and the printed displays on the bag surfaces, and it is manufactured by steps including: a forming step of flat synthetic resin tube for bag making in which the tube body is flattened again by making a fold at the center in the body circumferential direction of the part which becomes one side surface of the inflated tube body and the center in the body circumferential direction of the part which becomes the other side surface; a step of perforating micro holes in a single row or a plurality of rows along a longitudinal side surface of the tube body by a radar light irradiation device arranged in the middle of the step of winding the flattened tube body into a roll again, and the printed displays are provided so as to be displayed on the front and back surfaces and both side surfaces of the bag when the contents are packed in the completed bag.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
