To provide an XML format telegraphic message creation support system for supporting creation of an XML telegraphic message for bank remittance which is composed as XML-format files and which satisfies items of necessary financial EDI information.SOLUTION: The present invention is directed to a system for supporting creation of an XML-format telegraphic message describing financial EDI information having information of settlement by transfer which is transmitted through all bank EDI system from a paying company to a receiving company. The system includes a settlement data input unit for inputting financial EDI information corresponding to settlement data from an accounting system, a template selecting unit for selecting, in response to destination of transmission of the XML-format telegraphic message, a template for an item information input format including items for the financial EDI information, a financial EDI information writing unit for writing respective data of supplied financial EDI information in the template for the item information input format, and an XML-format telegraphic message creating unit for creating an XML-format telegraphic message based on each of the data of the financial EDI information filled in the template for the item information input format.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
