PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable image inspection including height information pertaining to an inspection object to be carried out easily.SOLUTION: A three-dimensional image inspection device comprises: inspection setting means 251 for placing a reference object that servers as a reference for inspection on a stage in order to determine an inspection condition for an inspection object, and setting an inspection condition concerning the height of the inspection object to an inspection reference image that is a height image of the reference object captured using the position as a reference inspection position; image inspection means 216 for performing, while the inspection object is placed on the stage in a range where image inspection including the reference inspection position is executable, an image inspection on the inspection object image that is a height image of the inspection object captured by height image acquisition means to see if the inspection condition set by the inspection setting means 251 is fulfilled; inspection indication means 253 for indicating to the image inspection means 216 that image inspection be executed; and a display unit 400 capable of displaying a texture image of the inspection object on the stage that is captured by texture image acquisition means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
