A neuromodulator for delivering neuromodulation therapy to distal and proximal blood vessels, and related systems and methods. The neuromodulator may include an elongate shaft having a proximal portion and a distal portion. Each section is sized and shaped to allow simultaneous placement and deployment in corresponding proximal and distal vessels of the human vasculature. The elongate shaft may have an outer cross-sectional dimension that decreases to decrease toward the distal end. The elongate shaft may further have a plurality of sections. Each section is configured to independently take shape upon deployment in the intended distal or proximal vessel.
