PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reducing apparatus, which exerts reduction effect on frequency bands from low frequency to high frequency (particularly, in low frequency band) by carrying out in a structure generating single resonance system utilizing a tunnel, on noise including blowing noise in the tunnel with a dynamite upon tunnel construction.SOLUTION: There is provided a reducing apparatus 7 for noise upon tunnel construction, in which a membrane vibration type sound absorption balloon 2 is arranged on a peripheral part of an arch frame 1 assembled by a longitudinal material 1a and a lateral material 1b and the membrane vibration type sound absorption balloon 2 is expanded with air into an arch shape. The sound absorption balloon 2 has a surface density in membrane and a thickness in an air layer, which are pertinent for reduction in noise upon the tunnel construction in resonance frequency in a situation where it is expanded to an arch shape and attached onto a surface of a tunnel 10. The arch frame 1 is arranged with an interval corresponding to a thickness of the air layer relatively to the surface of the tunnel 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
