PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide intracellular membrane structure-formation method which can form an intracellular membrane structure at a particular position in a living cell.SOLUTION: An intracellular membrane structure-formation method comprises steps of preparing a cultured cell retaining a labeled target molecule, and introducing into the cultured cell a particle in which a molecule exhibiting a specific interaction with the labelled target molecule is bounded on its surface, a membrane structure being formed around the particle.SELECTED DRAWING: None
