PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for measuring electrical characteristics of an electronic component in which a measurement error arising from a difference between a reference temperature and a measured temperature is corrected.SOLUTION: The present method is constituted so as to control each of temperature areas 3S, 3T and measure the temperature with a first temperature sensor 6, a second temperature sensor 8 and a third temperature sensor 9, calculate the measurement time estimated temperature of an electronic component device X to be measured when electrical characteristics are measured, and correct a measurement error arising from a difference between a reference temperature and the measured temperature using the measurement time estimated temperature. When the electrical characteristics after correction are within a prescribed range, it is determined that the electronic component device X to be measured is good.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
