PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dust collecting machine for an ultrasonic deposition machine in which foreign articles generated during deposition can be efficiently collected and adhesion and contamination of the foreign articles generated to a horn can be suppressed.SOLUTION: A dust collecting machine 10 for an ultrasonic deposition machine comprises a nozzle 14 which is arranged so as to cover the surrounding of the horn 2 of the ultrasonic deposition machine 1 and a dust collecting part 17 which performs suction of foreign articles from the inside space of the nozzle 14. At the nozzle 14, formed are an air supply passage 15 and an air exhaust passage 16 which communicate the inside space and the outside space of the nozzle 14. The inside opening 16a of the air exhaust passage 16 is positioned at the tip side of the nozzle 14 more than the inside opening 15a of the air supply passage 15. The dust collecting part 17 is connected air-tightly to the outside opening 16b of the air exhaust passage 16.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
