To provide a gold-silver yarn and a laminate for gold-silver yarn, capable of reducing shielding effect of an electric wave obtained by textile to which the gold-silver yarn is knitted.SOLUTION: In a gold-silver yarn 1, a metal layer 3 is formed intermittently without continuing in a yarn length direction on a surface of a synthetic resin layer 2 having a flat yarn shape and flexibility. Thereby an electric wave is transmitted between metal layers 3 in the gold-silver yarn 1, i.e. a part where the metal layer 3 is cut in the gold-silver yarn 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
