To provide an improved gasket which solves the problems of high temperature assembly and leaking of an O-ring, prevents the necking of material at discharge parts of the gasket and the consequent deformation of the material, and is capable of withstanding high oil operating temperatures, even higher than 100°C.SOLUTION: A gasket for quick couplings, in particular for the fluid seal of a valve body of male quick couplings comprises a toroidal main body, and comprises an inner surface 20a and an outer surface 20b. The outer surface 20b comprises a central portion 21a flanked with two lateral shoulders 21b.
