PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface bubble removal method that enables a surface bubble of concrete to be removed by a simple configuration, a form, and a concrete member.SOLUTION: A surface bubble of a surface of concrete 1 is removed by applying a super-water-repellent agent 3 to the inner surface of the concrete 1 side of a form 2 for use in placement of the concrete 1. When the form 2 is a horizontal form that is horizontally arranged, a deaeration port for removing the air bubble from the surface of the concrete 1 is provided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
