To precisely determine a damage condition of an accident vehicle.SOLUTION: A determination device includes: a surface determining unit that determines, using a learnt model that has learnt teacher data relevant to a surface of a vehicle displayed in an image, a surface of an accident vehicle displayed in the image when the image containing the accident vehicle is input; a part determining unit that determines, using a learnt model that has learnt teacher data relevant to a vehicle part for each surface determined by the surface determining unit, a vehicle part for the accident vehicle in the image; and a condition determining unit that determines, using a learnt model that has learnt teacher data relevant to the damage condition of the vehicle part, a damage condition of the vehicle part determined by the part determining unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
