To create a process for as-built on the basis of comparison between a design drawing and a measuring drawing.SOLUTION: A drawing management apparatus according to the present invention includes: a difference detection unit that detects a difference between a design drawing of a device and a measuring drawing obtained by measuring the device; and a process management unit that calculates a man-hour for acquiring the measuring drawing again and a man-hour for inputting the design drawing regarding the device that detects the difference, determines a process for acquiring the measuring drawing again and a process for inputting the design drawing on the basis of the calculated man-hours, and displays the determined processes.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 15
