To provide a riding support device capable of appropriately determining a combination of users who ride on a vehicle.SOLUTION: A riding support device includes: a communication unit 21 capable of communicating with a plurality of terminals (3-1 to 3-n); and a control unit 24 configured to calculate, when receiving a ride request signal indicating that riding a vehicle is desired from two or more terminals of the plurality of terminals via the communication unit 21, an evaluation score representing the compatibility between users included in each combination of users of the two or more terminals based on information about vehicles owned by respective users of the two or more terminals, determine a user combination with the highest evaluation score as a combination of users riding on the vehicle, and transmit a proposal signal for proposing to ride on the vehicle to the user terminals included in the determined combination of the two or more terminals via the communication unit 21.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
