To provide a two-component developer for developing an electrical static charge image which can maintain a high image quality and can prevent attachment of recording mediums to each other even when images with a high printing rate are printed in a row.SOLUTION: The toner for developing an electrical static charge image includes toner particles including toner base particles and an external additive in the surface of the toner base particles. The toner base particles include a crystalline resin as a binder resin. The external additive includes alumina particles. The ratio of presence of the aluminum atoms in the surface of the toner particles is in the range of 0.8 atom% to 5.0 atom%, both inclusive.SELECTED DRAWING: None
